Our After School Martial Arts Program is Monday - Friday from 3:00 - 6:00. Plus we include transportation from all area schools.
WOMENS FITNESS CLASSES
We now have a complete schedule of morning, evening and weekend fitness classes. Kickboxing, Pilates, Body Sculpting and circuit training are all available. See our class schedule for the complete list. Babysitting available for all morning classes.
