NEW FOR SUMMER CAMP 2024 - LIGHTS OUT BOXING CLASSES!
Lights Out Boxing classes are high energy boxing-based fitness classes. Your child will throw on a pair of boxing gloves, get on a heavy bag and be put to work! All classes are boxing based but also incorporate fun and challenging exercises to keep your child as active as possible. Plus, we keep the beats bumping so there is no doubt they will want to keep coming back for more! Sound like fun? We also offer these classes for adults!

Our Martial Arts summer camps offer an amazing combination of martial arts instruction, life skills, self-defense skills, team work, fitness, and lots of fun. Our instructional staff is committed to making sure your child has a fun and safe summer with us while learning the most effective martial arts available. Campers receive Marital Arts classes daily!

Campers go swimming at Marjorie Post Pool, take field trips to the Cradle of Aviation, Bowling, Long Island Aquarium, Adventureland, Sky Zone, Splish Splash and more! Camp days are fun packed with American Kenpo Karate, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Lights Out Boxing classes plus other activities! Your child will brag they had the best Summer ever! Campers will a benefit tremendously from our award-winning Martial Arts program that's guaranteed to improve self-defense, focus, physical fitness, discipline and confidence!

Camp Tuition:
$85 per day or $425 per week
Late pick up (4pm - 6pm) - $20 per day
All field trips are an additional cost.
